What are your opening hours?

Opening hours are Mon - Sat 8:30am to 5:30pm

Will my flowers or gift be delivered with a message?

Yes, when placing an order you will be given the option to include a message with your gift.

What is a gift wrap?

A gift wrap is a selection of flowers, or all one type of flower presented flat-packed. Wrapped tastefully protected in cello and finished with a toning bow.

What is a Hand tied?

A hand tied is a mix of flowers, or all one type of flower arranged with spiral stems to give an all round effect. We present them this way in order to save you the trouble of arranging them. All you have to do is remove the packaging and pop into a vase.

Can I order a vase to go with the flowers?

Yes, you can order a vase at an extra cost of £9.99

Do you deal in any novelty / fun items?

In addition to flowers we can help enhance individual bouquets with additional gifts or chocolates, balloons and personalised teddy bears. As part of our wedding service we can also arrange and supply embossed stationery, evening invitations, favour boxes, guest books, letterheads, order of service, place cards, reply cards, scrolls, table plans, wedding cards and wedding invitations.

How much are shipping/delivery charges?

General delivery throughout the UK is a standard price of £4.99.

Can you deliver flowers on a Sunday?

Yes, by arrangement.

What time will the flowers arrive?

Our general delivery times are between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. In some areas (depending on the delivery postcode), we do offer different timed options, available for a surcharge.

Can you deliver flowers today?

We do offer same-day delivery if orders are placed before 1pm local, national and international.

Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?

Yes, we can – except on public holidays.

What time do I need to order by to get same-day delivery?

Within Helensburgh / Rhu, orders must be placed by 1.00 p.m. for same-day delivery. For deliveries further afield, you'll need to order by the previous evening.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes, you can order by telephone. Please call us on 01436 677727. Please note that we don't offer a 24-hour telephone service, so please leave a message outside our office hours.

Can deliveries be made to business addresses or hospitals?

Yes, we can deliver to business addresses and hospitals. It's very important, however, that you provide full and accurate information about a recipient in hospital, including full name, ward number and full hospital address. For business addresses, please ensure that you use timed deliveries to make sure that your order is delivered during office hours. This is very important as our standard deliveries are made between 8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.

What if the recipient isn't available to receive the delivery?

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address specified, we will usually adhere to one of the following courses of action:

• Your delivery may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the delivery address.

• Alternatively, our local florist or courier company will attempt redelivery later in the day.

• If this is not feasible or the recipient is unavailable when a later delivery is attempted, we will usually leave a calling card explaining what has happened. This will then allow the recipient to arrange redelivery, or collect their flowers or gifts from our flower shop direct. They may also be able to request delivery the next day.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes, you can. For Data Protection purposes, all information provided by the sender is kept anonymous – all the recipient will see will be the card message (if you choose to send one).
